Tom Brady’s son is now 19—and fans think he may be even more handsome than his dad
Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan have not been together for years, yet their son Jack still attracts attention wherever he appears. His newest photographs have caused fans to look twice.
For a long time, Brady and Moynahan’s romance ranked among the celebrity world’s most closely followed relationships. They began dating in 2004 while both were enjoying major professional success. Although the relationship eventually came to an end, it gave them a permanent connection through their son, Jack.
Now 19, Jack has become a striking young man. When he recently accompanied his mother to the 2026 US Open, admirers immediately noticed how strongly he resembles his famous father.
The mother and son attended the New York tournament on August 30, maintaining an outing that has developed into an annual tradition for them. This year, however, another detail drew much of the attention.
From a famous romance to successful co-parenting
When Brady and Moynahan were first romantically linked in early 2004, each was thriving professionally. Brady had recently earned his second Super Bowl championship with the New England Patriots. Moynahan, meanwhile, was already widely recognized for Sex and the City and films such as Coyote Ugly, Serendipity, and The Recruit.

After approximately three years as a couple, they publicly confirmed their separation in December 2006. Two months afterward, Moynahan’s representative announced that she was expecting Brady’s child.
Jack’s impending arrival produced intense press coverage, particularly because Brady had begun dating Gisele Bündchen. Brady later acknowledged that the pregnancy news surprised him and placed everyone in a complicated position.
He recalled suddenly learning that Bridget was carrying their son. Brady described it as an unusual period that challenged him and forced him to mature in a new way. She was not holding my hand while I gave birth

In 2011, however, Moynahan discussed the delivery and revealed that Brady had not been inside the room when Jack was born. She told More magazine that he was present that day and entered afterward, but he was certainly not beside her holding her hand while she pushed.
Having two famous parents meant Jack’s childhood received considerable public scrutiny. Moynahan has described how unsettling that period was, especially when photographers pursued her after she became a mother. In a 2019 People interview, she explained that a new mother naturally wants to protect her baby, and the relentless attention felt threatening.
A childhood lived under public attention
Moynahan offered an even more painful account in her book Our Shoes, Our Selves. She wrote that welcoming a baby should have represented the happiest chapter of her life, yet instead she felt violated.

Moynahan also wrote that being followed and stalked was deeply unnerving, particularly during such an emotionally exposed moment. Despite that difficult beginning, she has since expressed great pride in the home and life she and Jack created. She said a parent could hardly ask for anything more because her son has always been surrounded by love.
A relationship that continued becoming closer
Jack’s connection with both his mother and father has remained a point of happiness for the entire family. Moynahan has said that she and Jack bond through music, each introducing the other to performers from a different generation.
She gets to share the Red Hot Chili Peppers with him, while he introduces her to newer artists, including D-Nice and others. Moynahan has called that musical exchange between them a lovely part of their relationship.
Brady has also continued honoring Jack publicly. For his son’s 19th birthday, he posted an emotional message celebrating him. Brady wrote that August 22, 2007, would always remain unforgettable because it was the day Jack arrived and immediately captured his heart—along with his sleep and patience, he joked.
He praised Jack as compassionate, considerate, empathetic, and overflowing with love. Brady added that he felt immensely proud of the person his son had become. He said Jack filled his heart with happiness, that being his father was a blessing, and that he eagerly awaited whatever came next.
Moynahan recognized the same birthday with a shorter message that was just as affectionate. She wrote that the love of her life did not address her with romantic phrases or tender pet names; the love of her life simply called her “mom.”
When Jack completed high school in June 2026, Brady and Moynahan again set their past differences aside. They reunited to celebrate their son’s graduation and the important milestone together.
Another season, another family tradition at the US Open
More recent photographs have now spread widely across social media. On August 30, Moynahan and Jack were pictured sitting next to each other at the US Open while watching the tennis matches.
They both chose relaxed white outfits for the event. Moynahan wore sunglasses with her hair pulled back, while Jack appeared comfortable beside her as they followed the action. One particular feature of the pictures quickly stood out to viewers: Jack is almost an entire head taller than his mother.
The dramatic difference in their height demonstrated just how quickly the child the public once remembered had grown. As images from the latest event circulated, fans quickly began discussing Jack’s looks. One commenter observed that he appears increasingly similar to Tom as he gets older. Another called him a clone of his father.
Other viewers agreed strongly. One fan said Jack might actually be more handsome than Tom. Someone else remarked that nature often makes a child’s paternity unmistakable and considered this a perfect example.
