Sylvester Stallone is already 78 years old (wow, how time flies), yet he continues his workouts. On his Instagram, he posts gym videos showing his training sessions, and it’s worth noting—he outperforms many young guys!
“Another easy workout! You’re only as old as your joints feel—and as you are. LOL,” Stallone captioned the video.
Despite frequently posting photos and videos on his page, earlier this year there was news claiming that Stallone had died from cancer. However, he debunked these rumors!
“Please ignore this nonsense… I’m alive, thriving, happy, and healthy… still fighting!” is how he responded.
