The 37-year-old was shot and killed in Los Angeles on Saturday morning while protecting a coworker from thieves attempting to steal his catalytic converter.
At about 3:25 AM, Wactor was walking a coworker to her car after working a shift at a rooftop bar when the incident occurred.
