A grieving father in Mexico is demanding justice after the tragic death of his 14-year-old daughter, Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo. Carlos Arellano has publicly accused his ex-wife and her partner, a plastic surgeon, of performing unauthorized cosmetic surgeries on the teenager that he believes directly contributed to her death.

Paloma passed away at a hospital in Durango, Mexico. While her official death certificate cited a respiratory illness and cerebral edema as the causes of death, Carlos firmly rejects this report. He alleges that the document was a calculated attempt to cover up a series of surgical procedures performed on his daughter without his knowledge or consent.

According to revelations emerging from the father’s account, Paloma had allegedly been subjected to significant cosmetic interventions, including breast augmentation, a Brazilian butt lift, and liposuction. Carlos believes these procedures were intended as a gift for his daughter’s upcoming 15th birthday celebration. He claims he first became suspicious after speaking with his ex-wife a week before the tragedy. At that time, she informed him that she was taking Paloma to the mountains because the girl had tested positive for COVID-19. Shortly thereafter, he was informed that Paloma had been hospitalized in critical condition.
